Not sure if this is the correct place, but I have had some real problems with an order from Lexus Parts Now. First, their web site ask you to confirm the part is available to ship. I got confirmation it was available, and ordered the part. I live in Peru, and they use FedEx Cross Border to process all international shipments. After 5 days I saw no movemen on the order, so I called Lexus Parts Now and they told me the part was back ordered, and would arrive at their facility in 7 to 10 days. I asked to cancel the order, and was told it was canceled, and that I needed to contact FexEx for a refund.
5 days after asking the order to be canceled, FexEx had not received the cancelation order. Called LPN, and the told me the cancelation request had been submitted, but not yet processed. They told me the order would be canceled IF the vendor they are buying from would cancel the order. No guarantees of canceling the order.
I have never had a business do this. Be careful buying from this vendor. They do not seem in any way ethical!!
