problems with epoxy primer

i am useing ppg's shopline jh375 epoxy primer with jp3770 hardner and it will not set. I talked with the distributor today, who was very informative, and got the complete walkthrough on ow to. any ideas? anyone have any experience with these products?

If you are using all the components at the recommended ratios (get the tech sheets for the product) you should have no problem. I've had it kick off faster than expected in warm temps.. Are you doing it at the recommended temps?

it was about 70-75*F when i applyed it. I have had no luck finding a tech sheet on it.

Check PPG online site about that epoxy primer and make sure that they additive is correct for it. It wouldn't have been the first time that someone got sold the wrong product.
