paflytyer is right - stock charcoal canister gets overwhelmed and can't keep up. We have had this happen with a few 100's also.
It happens to me ALL the time - when the ambient is high enough, at altitude and being off road makes it worse - all that sloshing around as mentioned above.
When I know I am going to hit all the above - I will leave the gas cap partially open to vent the gas. (I also have two gas tanks - so it makes it pretty bad for me when it comes to the vapor)
