Problem with CD changer - Error 3 (2000 UZJ100)

Hi,

Just trying to help a friend. He has a 2000 UZJ100 and when he tries to play a cd, he gets an Error Code 3. Did anyone had the same problem?

Error 3 means there is a mechanical jam inside the CD changer.
