Problem - H150F manual gearbox (1 Viewer)

Hey,
New owner of a LC 80 series 1990 diesel with a manual gearbox. I noticed a vibrating type of sound coming from the gearbox area at lower regime. I can sometimes replicate this noise in neutral when pressing and releasing rapidly the clutch. I need to pump 20-30 times to get the noise. Oil is good. Any idea?

Also, the 3rd gear is harder to get in. Sometimes grinding a little.
