I sent a few messages but they don't show in the sent box, does that mean they didn't go through? I ended up posting my e-mail in the posting and now I can't delete that, was going to delete once contact info was supplied, I found that it's moderator only. Annoying...

If you don't select the 'save in sent folder' option, they will obviously not save.
Editing is limited to members with 10+ posts...otherwise spammers join and post a couple times, then return much later to edit their posts and add their spam.
The limits are in place for a reason.
If you have a post to edit (ie: remove an email addy) then please REPORT your own post...this information, and lots more, was covered in the "required reading" User Guide thread that was linked multiple times as part of your registration process.

That's good to know, thank you very much. 5 more posts to go... I'll go report that one, thx again. Sorry I didn't read all the "required reading"- I'm too busy restoring land cruisers
