Looking to buy a 2001 w/ 156K on the clock. All maint done and overall great condition. Is 10K a decent price? This would include all taxes/fees etc.

Just looking for some objective views/opinions...

Not enough information to say. When was timing belt/water pump done? rust, interior, bakes. vehicle history, prices in your area?

I wouldn't pay that much for one in Central CA. More like $8k IMHO and I bought an 06' in December, so my research is recent.

Depends on the area, in Colorado that'd be listed for 12-14k from a private seller, 14-15k from a dealer, so 10k would be a great deal here. I paid $8k for my 01 in good condition, certainly not great, 181k with timing belt and WP changed 30k ago. This was last October and I haven't seen a better deal in my area since, they bring a premium here.

Thanks folks, pulled the trigger and bought her! Sold the 80 yesterday, great truck and just picked up our new to us 100 Series...

i just bought a 99 at the dealership with 213k for 9.2k. Mostly all maintenance done at Toyota, t belt and pump replaced about 10k ago. California truck, 1 owner
