preventive replacement of alternator brushes

Yes. I am still on my OEM alternator and 3rd set of brushes.

Can't beat it.

232,000 miles. I just can't kill it...

Now granted, I replaced the brushes before they actually needed to be changed...but I am of the principle of, while your in there. The brush assembly is cheap and easy to replace.

yes while your in there(sound familiar) but i go replace mine also then before i regret not doing it !
