@roadstr6 installed locked axles from a donor truck recently. He may have the best available truck for pics.
"Recently" is a subjective term. I did that axle swap back in March of 2018!

My how time flies!

Swapping out the leaking OEM PS pump with a Sag pump using the Saginaw fit kit from @orangefj45. Link to thread: Finally!!!! Saginaw PS pump conversion kit for FJ60s!!!!! - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/finally-saginaw-ps-pump-conversion-kit-for-fj60s.906031/

Added a cool little Toyota touch.

Be sure to add a big fluid cooler in that system. Mot people forget and boil their fluid on the trail. It also adds more fluid. I have a dual pass alum heat sink style that works well.

Rob, what size do you recommend ? Do the 18 oz version offer enough?

Why is that necessary with the changing of pumps? Does the pump itself generate that much more heat?
Constant turning back and forth on the trail can make the fluid get really hot. Normal driving around does not produce as much heat and that is why you can get away with a small cooler or none at all.

Had to stay at the house until we got a call to take my grandma in for the vaccine so took advantage of the weather and added a fuel filter prepump on the 40 and drove her around. Mom didn't like how much the 40 leans while riding around.
Also got a kit from Amazon to fix my mistake on breaking the pin. Now I've got a bunch of pins for feature failures.

Does anyone have a recommendation for free or reasonably priced CAD software?

I like to experiment on some projects and use SendCutSend to cut/bend

I've been using the personal use version of Fusion 360: Fusion 360 for Personal Use | Fusion 360 | Autodesk - https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal

I know some people with CNC equipment - mill, lathe, plasma table, and plasma tube cutter. I can design my part, give them the file, and it's pretty much ready to go.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but some searching on YouTube for tutorials will get you up and running.

The current state of my 40 tub. Each saw horse is rated at 1200lbs surprisingly so no worries about them not supporting the weight.

Want to give a shout out about the Safe Jack. Was the perfect tool to lift the body off the frame and I believe it to be much safer and more versatile than a high-lift jack, but it doesn’t look as cool.

I’m 95% sure my frame is tweaked so it’s at a frame shop getting measured and pulled back into shape if necessary.

Got home from the breakfast meet up today, did some quick yard work then got a wild hair up my ass. About a week ago I had bought some stock suspension off of a 2021 SX tundra with only 800 miles on it to replace some worn out components on mine. Well a couple hours later new leaf packs & shackles, rear shocks, U bolts, front strut assemblies and UCA’s. The difference is night and day

I finished up my OEM to Saginaw power steering pump swap. As straight forward a mod as can be. Credit to @orangefj45 for his ingenious kit.
I went with a PSC pump vice the standard Saginaw pump available from Advance or AZ or Napa in anticipation of adding hydro assist down the road.
I took the kids around the block a few times during the test drive. No leaks, no fires, so that's good. The steering feels better than with the old oem pump and it seems the dead spot that was right in the middle of the steering is gone too. It is silent with no groaning, even at full lock. It just feels better all around. The true test will be how it performs in the rocks.
