I've held it close until tonight, keeping my mouth shut in case it didn't work out. Now I have set my place, and I'm pretty sure that I'll be there. So here we are.
If you are in Prescott over the 4th, check out the parade. My truck will be in it, towing a school float crowded with kids. So LC people are in parades now! Not only a LC, but a real true rolled-over wreck!
It is only the second largest Independence Day Parade in the state.
Maybe next year we can get some LC's into the parades that haven't been rolled or wrecked. It's worth a shot!:bounce: Being in a parade is kinda fun!

I've pulled the school PTO float a few times in the Oracle Oaks Festival parade. Put 'er in low and let it idle along.

That's pretty much it. I had to do the pin 7 mod to shut down the center locker in low. I needed an excuse to do that. Then I just drag the big trailer around the route with a load of kids. I'll take it slow and wave to my friends. Parades are great fun!
I have to haul the trailer downtown tomarrow morning by 8 AM. On Saturday, I have to be there by 6:30. This from a semi-retired remodeler who rarely gets up before 8:00 AM! The things we do for 15 minutes of soft-core fame!

I saw you in the parade, it was a refreshing sight in the sea of Jeeps. Next year we should get some more cruisers out there, I know at least 6 people in Prescott with Cruisers that would for sure be in it.

I had the foresight to cover the "Jeep snatcher" logo on my winch before entering. Good thing that I did! Two groups in front of me were the vintage military jeeps, with the .50 caliber guns, and just before them was the Jeep 4x4 club!
On mountain trails, the Jeep guys just chuckle at the arrogant Jeepers who inspire the logo. But in the parade, I don't want to lose any friends!
