Looking for pre 1982 check valve that comes directly out of the vacuum pump - doesn't allow air to be blown from the vacuum side outward. It has 13.8mm diameter section that threads into the vacuum pump. Mine has let oil go into the vacuum reservoir 
Think the part number is 29369-56020 or 29369-54010. Not the later check valve 29369-56070 which has 17.8 mm diameter section that threads into vacuum pump ----- thanks
