My car will soon ship my 94 Prado to the US soon. While that is happening I intend to buy parts but are there any US toyota/Lexus model parts that are compatible?

You can source parts from Toyota US. You need to complete a form to let them know about your truck. The form's name is HF or HS something. The search function is your friend.
There are 'MUD vendors such as Kurt / @cruiseroutfit and suppliers like PartSouq or Dave Stedman.
Some parts are discontinued but you can use parts from newer model year trucks.
