This thread is exclusive to planning/prepping for Saturday, November 26th.

We'll meet between 8 and 8:30am at the Stop N' Save in Divide (10 Meadow Park Drive). From there, we'll drive west on 24, then turn right on Manchester Creek Road and drive +/- 10 miles to the forest, and meet the PPRD staff at the Manchester Creek Trailhead parking lot.

Check weather and dress appropriately. Bring snacks, lunch, and drinking water. Bring recovery gear (straps, shackles, traction boards, etc.). We'll organize in pairs and set areas to patrol based on guidance from PPRD. Plan to be afield until 4pm.

I'm in for the Saturday kickoff.

Wow. This popped up fast. Four weekends is a lot to staff. I might be able to do this Sunday. Have to see how it goes.

I'll be there. I have also invited Colorado 4Wheelers and Colorado 4x4 Girls to volunteer on any of the four weekend dates. Hopefully a few of them can join us.

Excellent day, Conditions were warm and dry so pretty dusty. Water crossings are icy and interesting. 3 80's and a 60, as well as Jeff.

Yes, we had four plus Jeff. Jeff likes to be the "free safety", so the four of us made two pairs. One pair patrolled east side, one pair patrolled west side. We met in the middle for lunch--364 and 363 "frozen creek crossing" intersection.

Good day, all in all! We saw David H. and his family, then @Steveandstuff with his family, and later in the day ran into Justin R and his family.
