Cruiser Outfitters would be my preference if they do PPI's - I'd guess they don't.
I have heard good things about State Automotive but have not dealt with them.
The Point S in Woods Cross is run by cruiserheads but still seem to have some corporate shackles and a ton of techs that may or may not be versed in cruisers.
Other than that, you may be able to just find an individual you trust to go over it well.

We recommend State Auto for pre-purchase inspections, unfortunately we don't have the bandwidth in the shop. They do a great job, they have an emissions machine so they can do diagnostics there and we work with them daily on parts for Cruisers so they know the goods.

Thank you all for the advice. With any luck I’ll be bringing home a 200 Friday to give my fj40 a friend!
