Wanted Power window regulator subassembly, RH

Long shot but here goes. 1988 JDM BJ74. One of the plastic rollers crapped out so the window has some play it shouldn't and goes down unevenly. Can't get just the roller, it's all one part. Will add a pics later.

I'm not sure but I think these are the same as those in the rear passenger doors on an 80. I think that's what I figured out when I replaced one of mine.

Thanks for the intel. I searched on Amayama for it and the part number (69801-90K00) cross-referenced to 69801-60100. I then searched ToyoDIY for that but instead typed 60010 which led me to North American 80 series. I ordered one from my local Toyota dealer. The rear door actuator looks quite a bit different on ToyoDIY, not that one can make these types of assumptions based on those diagrams. I doubt it'll work but will give it a shot. I can get the real deal from Japan (@beno confirmed) but may try to drill out the roller and use some Ace Hardware junk to fix it.
