There's about 1mm of axial play on the PS pump. At 200k Miles. Is this play normal? Also, there's heavy corrosion on the pump, which is surprising given how little-to-none there are in surround parts, like the alternator and the fan bracket. Is that normal as well?
I have oil leaking down from the reservoir to the pump but that seemed to be related to the metal clips that hold the hoses to the plastic on the reservoir giving out.
Just want to get this rectified if it needed to be addressed while I'm already in there for the TB service.
