Anyone run one?

I just put one in the other day, and man does it make a nice difference. I have about 10 maps that I am experimenting with, and it really is amazing the difference between them. I have yet to find the perfect map, I think I'll need a dyno tune for that, but I am having lots of fun in the mean time!

Map I put on last night gives me such nice low end grunt I can now do roll on power wheelies in second, and the front even comes up in third. Very nice.

You will need to dyno tune it to get the best performance out of it. Low end torque is awesome, aint it:D

PC's rule!!! Wouldn't ride with out one!!!

Hows bout a link? Will it work with thumpers?...Carbs? wha?

I've read about a $800 (IIRC) multi-map computer that will work on my Nx, but I've lost it...:frown:

Changes the timing IIRC

Really they are for fuel injected bikes. There are several units you can buy, the most common is the Power Commander, which maps fueling, but you can get ignition moduals as well.

Welcome to Power Commander III USB Motorcycle Fuel Injection Tuning Module

There is a new PC out, the PCV, which features an accessory to "auto tune" your bike via an O2 sensor. It will tune the bike for each gear, find the best cruise fuel economy, and maximum power settings under acceleration... and can even tune each cylinder individually. Pretty fxxxing cool!!!!!
