Possible M-101 tarp buying opportunity

Hello!

Met a guy that has a stupid amount of trailer tarps.

Brand new reproductions, 12oz wt canvas, olive drab, will fit almost any trailer similar to the 100 and 101.

Would people want one of these and what would be a good price?

Debating on buying a bunch and selling them out the garage to fund my cruiser habit since my importing days are effectively over. The crusier market is crap and the dollar is worse. Gotta keep the fun money rolling for the crew cab goodies!

I'll have one late next week and will snap some photos plus check the quality. Not looking to make a killing but if I sell enough I could get me a nice 5-speed!!!

Any interest and what would these things be worth??

I believe it was a lot that he commissioned to have made, not a closeout or overstock from another company or the govt.

Would my M416 be close enough in size to fit this canvas? Have dimensions?

He actually had them made for 416's so it will fit perfectly. M101's will have 3 inches of extra material on each side whcih would be good for keeping stuff dry.

He said they were made in Bangladesh and he bought a ton of them. He doesn't have the time to sell them all. He does paraffin coating as well for waterproofing

Once I get mine, which should be this week, I'll prolly grab 25 to start. I'd say within 2 weeks. I could have the guy send you one from his place if you need it sooner.

Cool. I really want to see them in person before I put my name with them and sell them to Mudders. Nothing would be worse than selling shoddy stuff to the people on here.

I've bought 2. one for me and one for another mudder. We'll get some honest opinions.

The tarps showed up this morning. USPS was insanely fast.

Very nice tarps! Great quality, nice stitching, correct spacing for the ropes. Perfect fit for the 101!!! I'm sure they'll fit any other 1/4 trailer.

I'll probably get 20 this week and start a thread in the Vendor's section.
