John, you're saying this truck had ribbed doors? I doubt it was a Dyna then (which is what I had guessed) as they have ribbed box sides but not ribbed doors. Only the FJ45LV has ribbed doors that I know of.

The ribbed doors were like that but the cab was much narrower than the box - about the size of a Zuk. The box had no ribbing on it. Maybe it was a Hienz 57?
 

Yes, thats the cab, but the box was Toyota: wider than the cab but still short - just like the boxes I saw on the 45s in Ecuador. It was also quite built up. Looked like he had 37" tires at least with a big lift. Obviously not the original Zuk power plant either by the way he took off from the light.
