Port and polish head anyone?

Has anyone had any experience on porting and polishing cylinder heads of 2uzfe? What gains are expected. I am more interested in polishing and would like to know how much intake polishing is good for performance so I don't mess up the air fuel mixture. For exhaust ill make sure it's a mirror.

I hear that no one have done a proper head porting for 2uz-fe
unlike 1fz-fe it's very common here in middle east and most do for non-turbo/NOS performance upgrades

Thanks. Can you recommend few shops for performance parts and garages for land cruiser performance in Middle East?

You may want to have a look at the forums at lextreme. Lots of engine building over there.
