Just a quick FYI....

2017 is the year of SSL/HTTPS...for those who paid attention, IH8MUD made the change to https:// in October 2016. Note the comforting green padlock and green "Secure" in your browser URL :)

Simply put, any site that takes credit cards, serves a browser cookie OR has a login/password setup needs to be SSL. IH8MUD is set and your data is secure.

However, not all sites are on top of SSL. A few have reported "popup warnings" from 3rd party websites...these companies are behind, and given how aggressive Google Chrome and other browsers are with warnings, these are likely to happen off and on for the next few weeks until the internet slackers get their $@#& together.

Until then, I'll do what I can to report issues to those 3rd parties.

No clue what many other forums are doing....not my problem :)
