poor idle

when my cruiser gets warmed up it will drop to a super low rpm idle sometimes stalling or sometimes reving to normal idle speed for a minute then dropping down again, looked for any vac leaks and did not find any (not saying i didn't miss one) any help would be greatly appreciated. oh yeah its an 88 fj62 with the 3F-E
