02 LC 132k mi. I got a CEL before and pull the code PO136. O2 sensor driverside downstream. Replaced with Bosch sensor. I got the CEL last night and got the same code PO136. Is there any other things that trigger this code, or is this because I used Bosch sensor?

You could have a bad new sensor but Bosch should be fine as long as that part is considered a suitable alternative to OEM sensor. Check resistance on new sensor using the acceptable range in the FSM. The diagnostic FSM section has a few pages dedicated to this code. Check for voltage too in order to determine if there could be a short causing the problem.

I'd check intake for leaks next then move on to the other possible causes listed here after that:

Could be an open or a short in the wiring. Do you have an OBD2 scan tool? Can you read the sensor and what it's doing (i.e., is the voltage changing or is it fixed)?

I agree with echoack - the FSM has the diagnostics in it...

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have a similar situation... changed all 4 O2s with Denso units from Rockauto and within an hour driving or so I got PO136 and PO156 - downstream O2s.
