PMC Swap Meet July 28th

The swap meet is July 28th this year. Important to get the word out because of the changed date.

Larry is working on getting some raffle prizes from vendors but help is needed. Raffle prizes do not have to be from Automobile type companies. Donations from Starbucks, Restaurants, your favorite ice cream parlor (yes I said parlor, I must be getting old), movie theater, etc are are terrific. Do you ahve a custom piece you have made for your car? Make one and donate it to the raffle. So please help out with and solicit a donation.

Help is needed Day of the event:
Gate
Raffle Ticket Sales
Raffle
Parking Director
Set up
Car Show Judges , need 3
Clean Up

Need to arrive for set up of event by 6:30am.
Sellers should arrive at 7am
Buyers 8am

Bring stuff to sell
Bring money to buy

Enter your car in the Show and Shine
