PMC Members...

We are going to try and host our 1st holiday party.

But as with anything, it takes some effort, some $$ and more importantly, lots of interest from Members.

Who can or wants to attend on Dec 9th, 7 pm to ??, in Santa Rosa???

Basically, Saturday the 9th, at Yotaman's new shop off Todd Road.

Nothing is firm yet, just ideas.
Please post your level of interest and any ideas you have that leads to a successful party.

Thanks!

i,m there with any help needed

Taylor, I have a special request of you.

Did you see me waving Sunday when I passed you on the Highway?

When are you home again??

Hoping we can use your tables too...

I might be able to attend. I'm off on Sat's now with the new job. Probably have to check with my travel manager though.

Count me in!

Sad to Say

Sorry Tony,
I will be of no use to you for that day. You see Lynn has made plans to drag me on a Cruise through the Panama Canal (life is rough ya know). But if there is anything I can do for you to help before Nov 30th (the day we leave) let me know, otherwise I will get a report when we return on Dec 15th.

Regards

Michael :frown:

Michael,
Can you wash and wax my Cruiser before you go?
Well that should be warm enough for you down there, maybe you'll finally take your sweater off. Don't fall off the boat.
Have fun- Tim

Michael , we will warn ( I mean inform ) the Panamanians you are coming.

Tony , the family will be there. thats 4 now.

I have 3 tables we could use.

I will cook a turkey or 2 if you think it would not just make a mess at Larry's shop.

or a step stool

I will be there and so will Brenda and Tucker.

Tony,

I can't make it, have a good friend's 40th bday to attend that night.

Brian

Another question... is this a kid friendly event or just beers & cruisers?

wash and wax what the HE#% ??

Tim,
Come on man that thing is so shinny, if I had not seen it off road with my own eyes I would have to call it a "Street Wheeler". Besides look at my rig do you really think I know how to use that stuff??

And just for information I am taking several sweat shirts and a parka with me, it aint that hot.

And all goofing off aside, Thanks I think it will be fun. I have always wanted to go through the canal.

Regards

Dtrain... it is my goal that the 1st 2 hours is family, and after 9 PM is adult.

although, it is taking on a life of its own and I am not sure where it will end up.

Thanks Tony. I only asked because I have the the little one solo for the weekend.... and from the sound of it I may have to find a sitter!   ..... o wait... one more

Hey Tony You can count me In, I'll bring anything you need, Booze, or ? let me know, I'm still a Three legged Cripple intill maybe March but don't let that slow me down, I will be there with my other Half, I'm going to Splurge and get a Motel/Hotel room for that Night and take a Taxi to and From, Party Hardy,

Here's one Event we won't have to see Michael in his Hat, Sorry michael, I spent 18 Months in Panama, The best way to go through the canal is on the Train, you see a lot more of the Canal and the Country side, Either from the Pacific Side, East ward Or from the Gulf side Westward, See if your Wife Knows about the Train trip, Open Cars, Great Pictures, or was back then in the late 70's, Jim

Update

Update on holiday party...

Shooting for much more simplicity...

Everyone is to bring a dish to share, anything from finger food to dessert is encouraged and asked for.

Everyone is to bring one, New, unwrapped child toy/gift for the PMC Toy Drive.

That is all you bring, one new unwrapped gift, a dish or food item to share, and a chair.

PMC will be providing plates, utensils, napkins, etc. John Evans, Roger and Pam and Larry will be putting out some tables, more tables are probably good if you have.

We will still order a couple sandwich platters to augment our pot luck type affair.

No fee, no tree, no gifts, no Santa (I'll tell you about my experience in dealing with the North Pole soon).

Still Dec 9th, 7 PM at Yotaman's shop, 3636 Standish Ave, Off Todd Road in Santa Rosa.
Hwy 101 to Todd Rd in South Santa Rosa, Take Todd Rd West, 2nd block after Railroad tracks. Bring a chair and an extra to share.

RSVP please, directly to Tony at cruiserfan@att.net. Need headcount for platter order.
RSVP info to Tim Wehrer also acceptable if that works better. But please RSVP!!
Please RSVP ASAP, but by Dec 2nd is best, allows us one week to order.

I do need some volunteers to show up early and help set up, decorate, and I'll need a couple of volunteers (local) who can stay late to help clean up.

More specific info in newsletter which we hope will ship out right after T-day.
