PMC Members you have two options for the end of July

The Mcgrew Trail run or the Lake Pillsbury group camp.
PMC has rented the Fuller Grove Group Camp at lake Pillsbury for July 27-28-29-30th. Gates open at 4:00pm on the 27th and we'll need to be out by 12:00pm on the 30th. This is FREE to all club members. Bring your boat, fishing pole, Cruiser or just your lounge.

Group camp was a ton of fun. The Wehrers and Deckers had their boats and Georg brought his jet skis. More PMC members should take advantage of the great camping at Lake Pillsbury at this group camp.
 
Next year

Will the McGrew Trail Run and the PMC Group Camp continue to be held on the same weekend in the future? It was a shame to have to choose one over the other. We had a blast at McGrew but I also feel I missed out on a great time at Pillsbury. I don't want to have to choose!
 
McGrew & PMC Group Camp

Bob I'm sorry you didn't make the group camp but sounds like you folks had a good run on the McGrew. It was the draw of the cards that we had two things happing on the same weekend. PG&E dosn't start excepting reservations for the group camp untill February 1st and then it's- first come first serve so we don't allways get what we want.
We useally shoot for the weekend after the swap meet.
We'll talk more on this and other things at the meeting August 17th

That makes sense to me. I was just curious.
 
toploader and myself have never been at pillsbury so we dscided to go. turned ot to be a great choice. we had a blast. the campsite is beautiful, great cruiser folks, the lake is less than a stone's throw away and there was hardly anybody out on the lake all weekend.
we got a chance to take out the jet skies, go wheeling with greenfox in the 80, went inner tubing behind paul's boat, ........... what else can you ask for. we're definetly going back. good times!
