YES, I will be at Rubithon this year. So if need be I can be run contact for this event, I have no problems with that as long as nobody else does either.

i was looking at the forest service web page for lake pillsbury and it said that road "M8" is closed untill further notice.are we planning on useing it in feb?or do we go on '301"?just wondering, terry

Don't know M-8 Trip usually runs up Eriksons Ridge down the main road then up both lower and upper Powder House and then depending on the time we do run M-9 up to the snow and back down the main road or down Powder House if it's not to slimy.
Remember- group up at the airport, air down or what ever and leave at 9am. Depending on how many rigs show up and the weather it can make for a full day of wheeling.
Tim

Pillsbury Run

Hey Im a newbe to the club. I'm planing on the Pillsbury Run. Is there any place within 10 miles or so park truck and trailer. Otherwise I will drive my crawler but would rather not. My fj40 is apart on the rack. Coming from Martinez.

Thanks in advance,
Andy Hagin

We meet at the Pillsbury airport runway, north side of the lake. A lot of the guys unload the trailers right there. Lots of room...don't see any airplanes this time of year but please don't unload in the middle of the air strip.

Plenty of room to park east of the airstrip (dirt) but take your time (ie alot the time) with a trailer on the drive in once you leave the pavement past the bridge. See ya there.

If you don't want to tow your trailer all the way up the dirt road, you can park just on the other side of the bridge. It is a little faster to travel the road that way. I've parker there a couple of times.

I don't know the way exactly but I will be on 101 if you see me I would like to follow. I do have directions to Lake Pillsbury. I'll be driving white 4dr tundra with a maroon mini truck on a trailer. Cell #(925)250-4531.

Thanks for any help
Andy Hagin
