I definitely should have checked here before placing the order with Cruiser Corps.
Long story short I order tailgate struts for my 80 series in mid-Jan, they sent two right struts instead of one left and one right one. I emailed them right away and Julissa responded right away sent me a return label for an exchange.
End of Jan I check the tracking for the return items and it showed it was delivered days ago, so I called spoke to Julissa and she stated it's in the back warehouse and she will update me once she can confirm the package is there. I am going on 2 weeks now and I have called left messages, send emails with no response back. Spoke to a male rep yesterday and he also stated he will call back with an update but as of now no calls.
