I am inserting an invitation to the fall meeting of the PPFS and the community. I will attend the meeting before the CLC meeting and pass on any information. The FS meeting is usually attended by 4 wheel drive, hiking, ATV, Motorcycle and mountain bike groups. There is a request to RSVP to attend the meeting. Please let me know if you wish to attend. I will be there and add you to list.
Good afternoon Pikes Peak Ranger District Partners and Volunteers!
I apologize for not being able to get this announced sooner. Due to the national budget deficit, we had to change plans and find a venue that was free. It took a while to find one that was available after regular hours, was large enough, and had free parking.
For this fall meeting, we will have a PowerPoint presentation, trivia, and discussions on projects for next year. Please bring whomever you would like to invite.
5:00 PM - Presentation, trivia, and discussions on future projects begin at 5:00 PM sharp. Room clean-up will begin at 6:45 PM.
Due to federal policy, we are unable to pay for food using USFS money and we cannot ask for donations. It’s fine if anyone would like to bring snacks or drinks (no alcohol).
After hour discussions can take place at a nearby venue, TBD.
