Pics of Aftermarket Rear Bumper No/Swingouts?

I would like to see if anyone can share pics of the slee (when it was an option), BIO and other bumpers with no swing outs. While I really like the swing outs and how they look I just couldn't live with the extra effort everyday. I did the search function but really hard to find one thread with the rear bumpers and no swingouts.
