Picking up '05 LX finally...let mods begin

Hello from Saratoga Springs, NY. After spending many years in the Army drooling at lifted 100 series rigs, I am proud to say that I'm finally picking up a 1 owner '05 LX with 101k miles. Plans are immediate TB replacement, fluid changes, and "prep". Fairly immediately will be lift, tires, bumpers, winch, rack, skids, etc. Does anyone have any contacts in upstate NY to help with lift, mods, etc? I'm 43, but feel 18 again when thinking about picking her up Thursday and starting these projects. Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks so much.

Congrats and welcome.
I suggest that you do the mods one at the time and slow that way you get to know your rig. It is easier to spot issues or changes that you have make a long the way when you know your rig IMO.

Congrats! I grew up in Saratoga Springs and go back to visit family during the holidays. Can't make any recommendations on shops as I haven't lived there in a long time, but the Adirondack High Peaks are awesome! Post some pics!

Thanks everyone. I actually pick it up tomorrow, so pics to follow . And, I like the idea of doing one thing at a time slowly so it's done right. I just wish I knew of some contacts up here to reach out to for mechanical work and lift work.
