Well since my wife loves her 2005 LX (and I do too) and she would not allow me to take it offroading, I cured the problem and picked up a 2004 LC for myself.
I had 2 other Thundercloud gray's slip through my fingers over the last 2 weeks, but then I stumbled on this one in Kalamazoo, MI. The owner buys a new cruiser every 10 years. This was purchased new at Metro Toyota, exclusivley serviced at Metro Toyota for 10 years, then traded in for their new 2014 LC. No accidents, all service history with following Toyota's maint schedule to a 'T'. Thing was in very impressive condition (aside from some salt damage), has all the records, books, original window sticker, etc. It drives wonderful and the 651 miles home were a breeze. Did it in exactly 9 hours and only stopped once for fuel. Averaged 16.2 mpgs which is pretty good considering how fast I was driving.
Big plans for this vehicle, so any advise is appreciate as I am a noob when it comes to offroading.

I was following these 2 for most of Indiana, they were cruising between 90 and 100 for about 50 miles.

Home with the wifes LX next to it for comparison.
