pic posting again

i got an email today about this, and i don't know how to help him

Hi,

I’m having trouble getting a pic to attach to my messages…have tried many times, the pic is only 40K. Tried “Help” and searching the strings, but no help. Can you help? When I’m writing the message, I click on “browse” and select the file, then hit “post” but it never makes it…..
