PIAA White bulbs try out?

Are these actually HID sort of white like they adverstised? I have Silverstar SS on mine Sequoia, slightly stronger than stock, but still yellow.

The blue tinted ones do throw out white-ish kind of light, but are a bit darker.

I had a pair of PIAA bulbs in my fogs and one burned out WAY sooner than I expected. I probably won't get another pair again.

Damn! because they sure aren't cheap like those ebay crap for 13.99. The cheapest I've found was about 40 bucks for 9003, I was going to put them on the Sequoia and my Nissan.

I thought these PiAA are quality.

They used to be (So I hear!).

I think some have had good luck with them though.

I like the way mine performed, but just did not like how long (short) one lasted. I was careful not to touch the bulb upon installing, etc...

I think you either buy cheap ones and expect to replace them fairly often or get quality ones and replace them less.
