PHX to SLC to Yellowstone to SLC to MI to PHX again

I leave Tuesday to go to Salt Lake City from Phoenix, then on to Yellowstone Wednsday, then back to Salt Lake City on the following Monday to return a canoe, then on to Michigan to pick up a FJ60 (and visit the fam.)and caravaning home to Phoenix, so as you can imagine any help on fuel will help. We are taking an SR5 pickup with a camper shell, so space is limited, but let me know what you have.
