Very nice to meet everyone at the meet. Saw many great innovative fabs and ideas as well as a great group of people! Looked like a great turn out despite the heat. I wanted to post some pictures I took with a cheap camera with a poor flash -many group shots of people and trucks turned out too dark so I only have some close up truck shots. Only a sample of many awesome trucks... Ive elected to put on a seperate post so as not to plug up the main meet thread.

And I was just thinking how refreshing it was to see a pair of wild boars out there.

And a  to Phil for representing us ever dwindling 40 crowd. Although I did see another 40 roof peeking over the crowd in one pic.

relix from talking to this guy he seems more happy with it than the megasquirt i put in mine a couple years ago. i would recommend going the route he went.

I have the 40 with TBI. My dad did the entire install with me. I'll answer any questions I can. We've owned this car on the stock carb since 1993 so we have a pretty good idea of what before and after was like. Dad and I agree its about a 30% hp change, a few more mph, and awesome starting cold or hot. I didn't even mess with re-programming the computer, it runs great. There was a little problem with the comp thinking the engine was warm too early and going into closed loop and stalling at the first stoplight but that has been resolved. Not sure anyone mentioned it but it also has mini truck PS and vintage air A/C if anyone has questions on those installs. I did those by myself. Great meet - see you next month unless I get up to Payson.

can someone PM me how to gain more pic adding space and also how to add a pic to my profile? Thanks, I'd like to be able to give you better pics of the S-10 TBI.

He needs an uglier truck!!!!!!!!!!!

 BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Uh, so do I. :o

Come to think of it, your truck could use a bent panel or three, if that's the criteria. :flipoff2:
