You can kind of see where I'll be headed in march in the background of this one:

Impressions: Overall very impressed with how well constructed this tent is. I guess I just thought that ARB took typical tent materials and slapped it on top of a car. Not so. The fabrics are very durable. There was 'some assembly required', but nothing major. Once you have the ladder bolted in place and it up on your roof, the set up for camping takes maybe 2 minutes. Attaching the annex takes another 2. I've got it set up so that the rear door of the 80 can be opened into the annex, if someone wanted to sleep inside the cruiser.

Graeme loves it up there- we'll see how preggo Michelle feels about climbing up there. She may be the one sleeping in the cruiser! :)

First camping trip of the year will be to a place called indian springs and death canyon. Lots of good old mines out there to explore. The best thing about camping out here is that there are ZERO mosquitos outside of town. Awesome. OK, sure- you have to watch out for the scorpions... but as long as you don't go rolling logs over you'll be fine.

Cool- That title should bring on the hits to the thread

 That's what I was thinking!

And, it is a lot like my own personal penthouse. Kind of fun. Thanks for not being a tent-camper!

Very Nice,
That reminds me I have to order the ladder extension and changing room for mine.

I will need the extension if I ever go to 35's (or bigger). As it sits right now I think that it's acceptable, but barely.

The changing room is very nice to have for wagon owners as it allows people who might be sleeping inside the truck to have a bit of extra space as well.

Nice set up Doc. My wife is able to climb in and out of our RTT while she is pregnant, but it's pretty rough when she has to do it multiple times during the night (in a rain storm to boot). The inside cabin would be a lot easier on her.

Congrats on the future bundle of joy. Looks like you are getting into the Utah spirit out there, before long you might be looking for an extended length adventure trailer with two more tents:hillbilly::flipoff2:;) You know what they say, when in Rome, do as the Romans do.:cheers:

I think they put something in the water out here.

I think all us Tall Corners have a reason to head out west this June...

Let's find some good dates and git planning!

I"ll hold some vacation for you guys. Memorial day?
