Passenger Window Rolls down / up ONLY from Master Switch (1 Viewer)

Front Pass window will only roll up or down from the driver master switch, not the passenger switch on that door. I have tried replacing the switch itself with another known working switch, and this doesn't seem to correct it. I suspect somethings going on behind that door panel? anyone have any quick tips on this?

@Yotajdmy, Is the "Window Lock" button on the driver's side window controls pressed? What about the other windows?

Window lock button is not pressed. All other windows operate as they should, via master switch, and their own door switches.
