Passenger side power switch covers.... will these work?

Hey guys,
It has been a while since I posted. First off, thanks for all your help encouragement and love. I have owned my 80 for 7 months now, and it is my favorite car of all time. I have two other cars.... but I cannot get away from ensuring that the LX450 is my daily driver. It's marvelous.

The other day, a rather chubby passenger of mine, slipped out of the passenger seat, and with it took off the power seat switches off.... she never told me at the time, and well we drove off and I on a random weekend detailing my LX noted they were gone. Since then she has now become my ex. I am j/k we were on a verge of breaking up earlier... the power seat switches were the straw that broke the camels back .

Jokes aside, is there anyway that these switches on eBay will fit my 1997 Lexus LX450? Link is below.... the person I emailed who owns them said no, but I don't think that is the case. The colors match up too.

Why wouldn't they? Lexus is in Toyota's parts bin, slaps the "Lexus" label on it, and charges twice the amount. All that for the "Lexus experience."
