Passenger side armrest install

Viewed the passenger side armrest today online and looks to be way less expensive than ordering from the dealership. The only setback is that they could not tell me whether or not it came with instructions. Anyone installed this yet or have instructions? Or do I even need instructions?

Mine had instructions, but it mounts with just one bolt!

I installed it. It's embarassingly easy. One bolt and that's it. Far easier than the rock rails, roof rack, skid plate, arm rest, and rear cargo storage, all of which I put on myself. Yes, it's even easier than putting in the all-weather floor mats.

Howdy,
where is a good place to get one of these at a reasonable price?
I refused to pay $150 to the dealer for an armrest that should
have come with all FJ's to start with... would like to add one if it is
reasonable.
