Passenger Seat Shakes

Hello,

2006 GX 470 160k miles. My passenger seat is shaking at low speed 15-35 mph. Smooths out at higher speeds. Runs great on interstate at 90 mph plus. Any idea where to start ?

Mine bound up in the tracks sometimes, once I took it out and greased the tracks well it stopped.

The seat slides back and forth fine

I think it’s the same issue. The seat did move fine with the power adjust, but it would rattle when empty sometimes. Adjusting the seat forward or back would usually relieve the rattle for a while. I tried greasing the tracks and running the seat forward and back a couple times and it hasn’t came back in a year or two now.
