I have a few items to buy for my 62 that are hard to find at the usual vendors - at least I haven't found them. I think I may have to go to a dealer for the bushings and links for the rear stabilizer bar on the 62. If I go to a dealer, is it common for any of them (I'm in the Maryland area) to discount parts? I'm a past BMW club member and the dealers used to discount from 15-25% on most parts - it brought their prices right in line. If anyone has any thoughts on where I can buy stock or polyurethane stabilizer bushings and/or complete links, please let me know.

I also need to find rear brake drums and can't seem to do any better than $85. Anyone have a source for rear drums with maybe a better price? I hope to try locally this weekend, but I'm not sure I will do any better. I'm also looking for an end cap for a front bumper (right side). It's an inspection issue and a new one runs $50. Any used bumper caps out there? All I find in the Classifieds are complete bumpers with the bumper caps. I can't afford a bumper upgrade at the moment, so I'm buying time with just the bumper cap.

Any thoughts on where to get any of these items would be very helpful. Thanks.

Hey,
www.cruiserparts.net for used cruser stuff. Theyre very reasonably priced.
www.man-a-fre.com has TONS of new and reman. parts and accessories. If its not listed, call and ask. They are really helpful.
www.cruiseroutfitters.com

Find cruiserdan in vendors section and send him a PM of stuff you want. He'll get back to you with prices. He's an OEM supplier and he is AWSOME!

Hope this helps,

Chicago

Chicago, I've been on cruiserparts during the last few days. I've been all over MAF, as well, but I didn't place a call (which may have yielded something). I ordered an entire list of stuff today from JTO, but they couldn't help on the items listed above. I've looked over C-Outfitters too, but didn't see anything either. Cruiserdan is a great suggestion and I will follow up with that. Thanks a lot.

Toyota of Glen Burnie...

Talk to Skip.

I might be able to help you with the drums....you will get a PM in the AM.

Thanks Poser. Too bad it's not Koons Toyota - I live in Westminster.

I did just find aftermarket drums for $65 on Cool Cruisers.
