Parting out a '85 tan/brown 60

I am parting out a tan/brown 60 series landcruiser. I was going to restore and rebuild it and now have decided to go back to school. I have pretty much every part except the hood, pass. fender, and radiator support. So it could also be a project. It is completely taken apart and the body has been sanded and primed. It has a clean title. I will take bids for the parts and please give a reasonable bid. The cruiser ran perfectly before I took it apart. The engine has 185,000 miles on it and runs smooth. The transmission was also great. The carb was rebuilt and tuned less than a year ago. I have every part available so please help me out... THANK YOU.

I have no idea what to offer or the worth, and I don't want to offend. $75 per panel?

Any rust ? / dents on the parts I described?

Sorry guys long day at work. I live in Asheville North Carolina. Specifically zip 28760. I don't know the cheapest way to ship stuff so if you know the cheapest way than please bless me with your knowledge. I don't have any pics of the stuff right now and it has been raining all day so I didn't want to try to do that today anyways. I will get pics though. I guess I will pm people who reply...
