parting out: '96 Land Cruiser new leather seats and tires

Well, the pesky rod knock became a knock out punch. My beloved 1996 Land Cruiser that I was just in the process of restoring all suspension bushings on and recently upgraded the springs and shocks has bit the dust.

Here are the details:
- 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser (not locked I don't think)
- factory wheels with 285/75R16 Toyo Open Country AT2 that have only 3K miles on them (see below)
- engine knock out at 240K miles (ran great before hand)
- transmission shifts great, a tiny bit of kick from 1-2 (recently - flushed and filled w Amsoil)
- brand new nalgahide front & rear seats, front seats have seat - heaters installed
- Paint is in great condition
- custom front steel bumper (see below)
- new OME 861/862 springs just installed less than 500 miles ago
- Bilstein shocks (LOVE THEM!)
- new headliner and a, b, c pillars
- extra windshield with one rock chip on passenger side
- new windshield (bronze tint) with new rubber seal
- engine, transmission everything else are available
Vehicle is in the Vail Valley of Colorado. I will not remove engine or transmission unless compensated. Will ship via USPS or UPS.
I also have all OEM rubber suspension bushings in Toyota packaging for control arms, sway bars, etc.

Is the leather a kit you purchased and installed or did you just have an upholstery shop redo the front and rear seats? If the sale doesn't go through then shoot me a PM with your asking price. I'm definately interested in the seats.

Bilstein shocks are in great shape, have less than 20K miles on them. All rubber and hardware are in great condition.
