Alright, so I've decided to part out my truck instead of selling it as a whole. Here is a list of the parts I've been able to put a value to, everything else you are free to make a reasonable offer on, because there's no way I could list every part of it
I am located in Boise, ID.
Here's what I have figured out:
Exhaust system: $200
Rear Bumper: $90
Starter: $70
Speakers with iPod head unit and rear boxes: $200
Block: $200
CB radio with antenna and mount: $50
Here's a quick writeup from another thread with pictures:
I've been working on rebuilding this truck, but I just cannot afford it and am needing to get rid of it to help with living expenses.
The truck has about 300k miles on it and has been sitting about 3 years. Everything in the truck was working very well when I started the engine rebuild, it failed due to the timing chain guides being broken and the timing chain eating through the water pump housing.
The truck has a 2.5'' custom exhaust system that runs from an aftermarket header to a 'performance' (it cost $90 :/ ) cat with about 200 miles on it, to a Flowmaster Muffler. About 6 inches after the muffler the exhaust ends and is directed downward.
The headlights are Sylvania Silverstars and it has functional lights on the front bumper and on the roll bar, it has a steel rear bumper, a lightly used sound system with Sony speakers and an iPod ready head unit (total is about $500 sound system). It has a CB radio but needs a new cable from the head to the antenna.
The block has been cleaned and the cylinders have been refinished (about $140 for the work on the block). They were not bored out. The head is worthless because it is warped, the water pump has about 500 miles on it, and the rest of the engine parts are pretty much standard, mostly original stock.
The body panels are all rhino lined and are functional. Definitely not pretty.
The transmission is a G52 that shifts beautifully, and the transfer case has always worked perfectly. Fluids in either have not been changed under my ownership, but they did not appear to need it.
The battery was bought new and used for about a month.
The truck has aluminum alloy wheels, but the tires are not usable. I also have the original wheels and studded tires to fit the originals.
