Yup. Have it out of dash - looks ok, but I never drove the truck so can't confirm. $20 plus ride... EDIT that - the guy I got this from sent me a message to say he swapped out the odometer thingy and reinstalled a busted one, sooooo the odometer in this gauge will not work...

Think so - will check in the morning. Not sure what it's worth?

Any chance ya still got the 4 speed. I am getting parts machined to run a second h42 as a rock box....Should be fun...
 
Al - It's still there but I've been entertaining a bunch of folks who want to take the whole thing for free - none have committed, except maybe Polk I think. Check the Florida section for our thread on that...

If not, why don't you come get the whole thing :D . Otherwise, I guess I could make the time to pull for you...
 
I hear ya. PolkLandCruiser looks like he might pick it up this weekend. Told him if not, the t-case is yours, tranny is Al's and I'm a few folks want the cylinder hear. If it's still hear - I'll start stripping. Check for his response on the Florida post.

Id love to come down and help ya tear into it. I just dont have the money or the time. Going to school full time is hard on the wallet and time to do much else. I graduate next semester though so Hopefully Ill have some more time in the future to make trips and surf...thanks agian for everything man and Ill make sure to throw some money your way.

Not 100% sure if it's sold yet but I am interested in the drivers door handle (outside) if you have it.

If you have the PS box for $40 I'll take it. Let me know and I'll come down and get it. Never hurts to have a spare.

Yeah - sorry! Polk... was good on his word and came and took the whole thing. That was the best way to ensure that everything salvagable got used instead of going to the scrap heap.

Send him a PM to see if he'll sell it to you - my understanding was that he really only needed some adapter plate for the tranny and the rest he'll part out. You can find his name on the Florida board below...

Dang Bret, this thing sat here for 3 weeks :frown: . Drop Polk... a PM to see if he'll part with it - I'm certain he's not using it. Mike and Todd have all the hoses and the pump if you need that...

Let us know when you're up for another visit down this way.
