*SOLD AS PACKAGE DEAL*

I am parting out my 1HD-T engine.
History: I bought this as a rebuilt engine, but the turbo seal blew, and pumped oil into the intake, burning up the pistons.
So it was completely rebuilt again, but 200 miles into the second rebuild it started to mix oil with water, so I am guessing there is a crack in the block somewhere.

I had lots of trouble with this engine, put a ton of money into it, and never got it to run as I wanted, so I am done with it and parting it out. I am building a 1HDFT for my truck, and using a few parts off the 1HDT, but most of it is there.

All prices are plus actual shipping costs. Make me offers, as I want this stuff gone, but don't lowball me, as I will not go for that.

Turbo system $1500
Genuine toyota CT26, crossover pipe, manifold, and I am throwing in a new turbo water pipe. If you want to turbo your 1HZ, this is the way to go. I would put a new seal into the turbo to be safe, but that is a 5$ part.
The dump pipe in the pic is from a 1HDFTE turbo, so the connection to the exhaust will need to be adapted. Or get the correct dump off ebay or from cruiser parts.net for cheap.
The crossover pipe is drilled and tapped for a boost gauge (I used a triple gauge, and can provide the brand-name, if you just want to use the same).
I can also provide the water supply line, as the 1HD-T has a split off for the water supply on the big pipe that comes from the thermostat housing (visible in the pic of the engine on the exhaust side).

Injection pump $1500
This injection pump has been fully rebuilt ~500 miles ago. It is basically new. You know what these things cost and how much a rebuild is. Rebuilt by Diesel Fuel Injection Service in Oregon (chttp://www.dfispdx.com/).

Injectors $600
These have been rebuilt ~500 miles ago.
Rebuilt by Diesel Fuel Injection Service in Oregon (chttp://www.dfispdx.com/), as they are one of the few US shops that do 2 stage injectors.

I have the injection lines-they are perfect and can go with the pump or injectors.

Cylinder head:
The head is brand new from toyota, it maybe has 100 miles on it. My old one was cracked and I bought this one. A complete valve job was done, and all valves have been shimmed correctly for the cam that comes with it. The cam bearing is new, the cam has been checked and is perfect.
$1000

Engine carcass:
Again, lots of good parts on it. The crank has been checked, ground and is perfect. Main bearings are 0.5 over, rod bearings are 0.25 over. All bearings are brand new. The pistons are brand new, with new bushings and rings. All bolts are new.
I do not know where this thing mixes oil and water, but the oil cooler tested good. I do not recommend to run this block, as there is something wrong with it, I just don't know what.
I am using the vac pump and power steering pump and misc small parts for the 1HDFT I am building.
$1000 for the whole deal.

I am sure I am forgetting things. Just ask-I know this engine inside and out and can answer your questions. If you want to know about a certain part, ask. If you want to suggest a package deal for stuff, let me know.
Pics to follow. If you want more pics, I can take them next weekend, just tell me exactly what you want to see.

The engine pics still show the power steering pump on the engine. This is NOT included, I need it for the 1HDFT. I also need the throttle control spring assembly.

The timing gear cover and belt are included.

cheers,
Jan

If that pump is still kicking around in awhile I may make you an offer on it.
Sucks that the rebuild didn't work out. I am sure you could find a 1hz block kicking around for a good price.

Yes, I could look for a block, as that is the only thing I have not replaced by now. but I am just sick of this thing and lost my confidence in it.
cheers,
Jan

I'm sorry to hear man. Good luck. I wish I was in the market--give Georg a call--he definitely might be interested.
