parting out 1970 fj55

all stock and original. rust in the roof and front fenders. engine has bad rod knock. F-3spd-stock tcase.

so far, these items are spoken for:

rear springs
hood
driver front fender
windshield

i will be taking this to the scrap yard in a week so lemme know asap.

located in stockton CA.i'll be happy to ship the smaller items and mudship larger items. i will be at SNT and can bring parts with me.

No worries, I'm not in a hurry.
If you can cut the braces so there is enough left to weld them back in, that would be helpful.
If Ribz' offer fell through, I can also use the dome light and bracket attached to the forward brace.

Other items I could use:

Gas cap
Fuel door
If the fuel door locks, I could use the tab that is attached to the body that the lock locks to.

Did you get rid of the doors already? I'm interested in the internals if you still have them. Same for the door hinges.

sorry rob, we had already cut them out for a local cruiser-buddy. this piggie learned how to fly!

got it set aside for you charles. it's not perfect but it's better than most by a long shot. pick it up next time you're on the way thru town.

well, not much luck for you. i do have the overflow bottle and the windshield washer bottles and they're in good shape, but the washer motor does'nt seem to work and the rad overflow bottle does'nt look to be the original. it is japanese but was attached with a home made bracket. not sure what it came off of.
the fuel door is junk, no lock either. gas cap was missing. doors are sold. the overhead light was missing and the bracketry damaged, so not worth pulling. roof braces did'nt look good due to rust so i did'nt want to spend the time to cut them out.
so all i have for you are a couple of plastic reservoirs........i'll try to post a pic of them in a little while.
