I am interested in the dash pad if it is in decent shape. Are they ambidextrous?

No different RHD or LHD. As I remember it is tweaked but would probably straighten out. Look at the defrost vents on the windshield to give you a idea. Is your marine carpet starting to wear out? I'll be going back down and could pull it and hold on to it for you. They are a little tricking to pull even when they aren't bend.

The only thing that looks different is this detent in the middle;
I will trust your guys judgement, and could also use the w/s knobs and spacers. If it not too tweaked.

That is for the dash light. Those were standard starting in 73. All models RHD & LHD. I'm using a 78 pad in my 68, no issues.
