Part Number needed

I am looking for the P/N for the rear camera bracket/base/mount for the 2016+ 200. This is the piece that bolts directly to the lift gate. Somehow mine has cracked and has become brittle and is falling apart. The camera is fine and looks to be a separate piece that clips into the mount. Any help would be much appreciated.

Bench vice and a scrap piece of metal and looks fairly easy to fabricate.

Doubtful, I’m sure they will say it’s damage inflicted by user but I’m not sure how I would have done that. I’m already beyond 36K miles though so the bumper to bumper is gone.

Any clue what could have cracked it? Maybe someone thinking the camera was a handle to open the back? To fail at only 1 year old seems strange. Something must have hit it or leveraged against it.

Almost two years old but yea, odds are someone hit it with something, valet or detail guy most likely.
